Communicate Like a Leader is a full-day, face-to-face workshop designed to help leaders, managers, and humans stop broadcasting noise and start crafting messages that land—with clarity, intent, and actual influence. Through a blend of theory, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coaching labs, and metaphor-driven disruption, participants will explore what gets in the way of effective communication—and what it takes to build rituals that stick.

We’ll unpack blockers, stakeholder noise, and the emotional undercurrents that sabotage strategic messaging. Then we’ll build the tools, metaphors, and mindset to lead conversations that resonate—without resorting to jargon or ghosting feedback.
