Let’s be honest: most growth mindset training is a motivational echo chamber—think TED Talk slides, recycled Dweck quotes, and a group exercise where everyone agrees failure is “just feedback.” This isn’t that.

Growth Mindset by Design is a full-day, face-to-face workshop for leaders who want to stop performing confidence and start building the psychological muscle to lead with curiosity, adaptability, and actual self-awareness. Through a blend of theory, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coaching labs, and visual frameworks, participants will unpack the beliefs that keep them stuck—and reconstruct the mindset that helps them grow.

We’ll explore identity triggers, perfectionist saboteurs, and the myth of “I should already know this.” Then we’ll build the tools, metaphors, and mental architecture to lead with grit and grace.

• Explore the psychology of growth mindset (spoiler: it’s not about being positive)

• Build models of your current and future mindset using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

• Rewire limiting beliefs in coaching labs that feel more like therapy than training (in a good way)

• Map your leadership identity and create a “Mindset Bridge” to cross from stuck to stretch
