Leading Through the Mess is a full-day, face-to-face workshop for leaders who want to stop managing change like a checklist and start leading it like a human. Through a blend of strategic labs, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coaching sessions, and visual frameworks, participants will explore what makes change hard—and what makes it meaningful.
We’ll unpack personal blockers, leadership blind spots, and the emotional undercurrents that derail transformation. Then we’ll build the mindset, muscle, and metaphor to lead with clarity, empathy, and just enough discomfort to grow

Explore your own resistance to leading change—without the usual performance mask
Craft a leadership identity that’s aspirational, not aspirationally vague
Deliver change narratives that actually land (no jargon, no jazz hands)
Work through challenges that you uncover in coaching triads
Leave with a commitment, a few uncomfortable truths, and a clearer sense of who you need to be next
