A one-day workshop for leaders who confuse being busy with being strategic.

Let’s be honest: most “strategic thinking” training is a glorified planning session with a few buzzwords thrown in. This isn’t that. Strategic Unblocked is a full-day, face-to-face workshop designed to help leaders, managers, and change-makers stop defaulting to the tactical and start thinking like future-shapers.

Through a blend of theory, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coaching labs, and visual frameworks, participants will explore what strategic thinking really means—and why it’s so often sabotaged by fear, habit, and short-termism. We’ll unpack identity blockers, mental models, and limiting beliefs. Then we’ll build the mindset, muscle, and metaphor to think bigger, braver, and bolder.
